Patient profile: labs and re-invite

Browse a patient's labs from their profile, download results from Diadia-ordered labs, and re-invite patients with one click.

  • Patient labs: the patient profile now lists every lab the patient has, sorted by date.
  • Download results: results from labs ordered through Diadia download as PDFs directly from the row.
  • Re-invite: a Re-invite action sits on patient rows where sign-up isn't complete, so the original email can be re-sent in place.

Regenerate reports with DNA

Regenerate a patient report with DNA when it wasn't included the first time.

Digital Twin report

A new report design maps health signals to the organs they affect, with eight root causes and visual lab reference ranges.

The Digital Twin report is a complete redesign of how Diadia presents health data. Rather than listing biomarkers in a flat table, findings are now connected to the body systems they reflect, making root cause reasoning intuitive for both practitioners and patients.

  • Organ-mapped layout: biomarkers are connected to the body systems they relate to
  • Eight root causes: expanded from three, giving a richer diagnostic picture across metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, and other systems
  • Visual reference ranges: labs now show graphical range indicators so abnormal values stand out immediately

DNA kit ordering and fulfillment

Patients can order DNA kits directly through Diadia, with branded confirmation, dispatch, and delivery emails along the way.

Genetic data is now self-serve. From their dashboard, patients can order a DNA collection kit, which ships to their address. Once the kit is returned and processed, results are incorporated into the report automatically, with no manual upload or coordination required.

Report Highlights and PDF export

A Highlights tab with the top findings from each report, plus a one-click PDF, for clinicians and patients.

The Highlights tab surfaces abnormal biomarkers, root cause patterns, and flagged areas from each report. One click downloads it as a clean PDF, available to clinicians and patients.

Clinician-led patient reports

Practitioners can now generate and manage reports for patients without requiring patients to create an account first.

  • Patient list: a dedicated view in the practitioner dashboard for managing all patients
  • Reports without sign-up: generate a report for any patient, whether or not they’ve been invited to the platform
  • Multiple reports per patient: track a patient across visits with separate reports for each session
  • Practitioner upload: DNA and biomarker files can be uploaded by the practitioner on behalf of a patient
  • Deep links: share a direct URL to a specific protocol or root cause within a report

The dashboard is now organized around patients, reports, and follow-up actions.
