Our team blends engineering talent from Google, Reddit, Uber, and Change.org with clinical innovators from Apeiron Zoh. What You'll Do

As our first full-time marketing hire, you will lead content, influencer, and product marketing growth efforts from the ground up. Your work will directly influence the public launch and shape how thousands of women discover, connect with, and fall in love with Diadia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media channels to create viral growth — with a focus on developing video content that builds community, adds value, and stands out on the algorithm. You'll have resources (tools, contractors, designers) to help scale
  • Run our program of celebrity and doctor influencers — managing relationships, nurturing partnerships, and helping them evangelize the Diadia mission to their audiences
  • Continuously measure, iterate and experiment — own our content and consumer growth strategy, from 0 to 1
  • Design and own lifecycle email campaigns for our community — from strategy to execution that educate, convert, and grow engagement
  • Collaborate with product and engineering — to translate community insights into product opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced marketer who can bring emotional intelligence and operational rigor to our growth strategy.

Finding answers to chronic symptoms is an emotional, high-stakes process. You understand the stakes of our users' experiences, and you know how to build genuine communities around trust, transformation, and storytelling.

Core Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience marketing for DTC, using social media and content for organic growth, pricing and deep understanding of enabling a high-quality service component (early-stage startup experience a plus)
  • Previous experience using content as a growth hack
  • Proven ability to launch viral video campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for emotionally resonant, educational content
  • Proven track record in managing highly successful influencer programs, ambassador relationships, or creator collaborations
  • Expert in marketing tooling (email platforms, social schedulers, analytics) and able to test, measure and scale campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and resourceful startup environment

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in women's health, wellness, or mission-driven DTC products
  • Previous ownership of community marketing or lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Experience launching creative campaigns that went viral or broke through a crowded space

Your First Three Months

  • Learn - Quickly learn everything you need to know about our customers and their problems, our positioning and brand tone of voice

    • Outcome: Engage early customers in conversations on social media and identify potential brand ambassadors for growing our referral program
  • Develop - Identify low hanging fruits to engage with and grow our social media following in a deeper and more emotional way that will spark word of mouth growth and resharing activity

    • Outcome: Manage the video content calendar on social and increase the conversion rates of our email marketing sequences
  • Set the next wave - Identify the empty space in the digital landscape and come up with unique ideas to capture mass attention

    • Outcome: Highly unique ideas and positioning for growing our brand awareness and capturing attention on social media that lead to viral growth
    • Outcome: Grow our brand perception and community engagement at an exponential rate (The market looking for our solution is ripe)

Within the First Year

  • Own and continuously improve our consumer growth
  • Publicize and grow the consumer learning function inside Diadia
  • Set the next wave of broad consumer adoption of AI-enabled health services
