About Diadia

At Diadia Health, we’re reimagining the future of healthcare - starting with the 47 million women navigating perimenopause and beyond. Our AI-powered medical reasoning platform interprets complex lab and genetic data, generating highly personalized, precision protocols grounded in functional and epigenetic science.

We’re a VC-backed company with $10M in funding from Salesforce Ventures, Sound Ventures (Ashton Kutcher), and Tribe Capital. Our team blends engineering talent from Google, Reddit, Uber, and Change.org with clinical innovators from Apeiron Zoh.

With two patents pending, over 700 people on our waitlist, and a product that doctors and users already rave about - we’re gearing up for public launch. Now we’re looking for an exceptional designer to help us scale the experience and deliver radical impact.

The Opportunity: Lead Product Engineering & Shape the Future of Personalized Medicine

We’ve built a product that’s solving real pain - uncovering root causes that most physicians miss, and helping users take back control of their health.

You will own the end-to-end product-engineering engine that turns Diadia’s AI reasoning platform into a flawless, loved experience for millions of users. You will report directly to the CTO and architect and ship HIPAA-grade, zero-to-one features at startup speed - keeping 99.9% uptime while compressing idea-to-deploy to under a week - to unlock 10x better care and fuel 100x user growth.

Who You Are

  • High-agency builder. You own outcomes end-to-end, move fast, and thrive in zero-to-one startup chaos - especially when AI is the core lever.

  • Relentless executor. You plan ruthlessly, ship on schedule, and make smart trade-offs without compromising integrity or quality.

  • Analytical & adaptable. You learn new domains in days, turn data into insight, and stay steady under pressure while priorities shift.

  • Straight-shooter with follow-through. You speak plainly, keep every commitment, and expect the same from teammates.

  • Mission-driven health optimizer. You live the problem space and channel that personal passion into bold product innovation.

What You’ll Own

In Your First 90 Days, You’ll:

  • Harden the Tech Stack - Establish best practices and observability to guarantee 99.9% reliability and zero issues across critical user flows, automate one-click deploys to prod (Vercel / GitHub Actions) with proper versioning, and audit HIPAA-grade best practices.

  • Ship User-Facing Features - Build, and launch the next high-impact patient or clinician features end-to-end, owning spec, DX, tests, and A/B rollout.

  • Design-System Glue - Partner with design team to codify shared components into a themed Design-System library, eliminating duplicate code.

In Your First Year:

  • End-to-End Ownership - Turn Figma to prod in days, no hand-offs, no silos.

  • Codebase Stewardship - Refactor on the fly, pay down tech debt, and keep the TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres, GCP stack humming at 99.9% uptime.

  • AI Stewardship - Lead by example in adopting Gen-AI tooling (e.g., code-gen, AI code-review bots, test-gen, code for LLM principle) and run quick-start workshops so the whole team codes faster and smarter.

  • Culture Carrier & Bar Raiser - Lead by example in PRs, docs, and incident retros - you raise the bar even though you don’t manage a soul.

  • Roadmap Ahead - Draft and evangelize a rolling, bottoms-up product-engineering roadmap with clear objectives, dates, and trade-offs.
