We've built a product that's solving real pain—uncovering root causes that most physicians miss, and helping users take back control of their health.

You'll lead product design from the ground up, translating our platform's powerful capabilities into a seamless, intuitive, and emotionally resonant experience. Your work will fuel 10x better experiences and 100x user growth.

Who You Are

• A passionate product, UX/UI designer and storyteller with a track record of driving growth through user-centered design and using AI tools every step of the way.
• A creative strategist who can deeply understand our users' hopes, fears, and health journeys—and tailor every touchpoint to build trust and momentum.
• A systems thinker, just as fluent in human psychology and behavior design as you are in Figma and design systems.
• Perhaps, you're even someone who's been on your own health optimization journey—and you "get" our mission at a cellular level.

What You'll Own

In Your First 90 Days, You'll:

• Discover - Dive into existing user research and interviews to build a deep empathy map of our core persona. Perform user interviews to test prototypes, refine unmet needs and behavioral drivers.
• Design and launch - Translate insights into beautiful, intuitive, high-converting UX/UI, animations, graphics and social media assets. Partner with product and engineering to prototype and ship features rapidly - without sacrificing polish.
• Set The Stage - Identify and shape the next wave of user journey enhancements—especially around report engagement, next-step actions, and retention through our mobile app.

In Your First Year:

• Scale Designs Excellence - Build the systems, rituals, and culture to run multiple initiatives in parallel—and scale.
• Support The Launch of New Products - Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to shape the experience of our new services and provider-supported AI offerings to market.
• Champion Design Inside & Out - Be the voice of the design - internally and across the industry. Set the bar for what great looks like and help us attract talent.
